ZX-6R wins PB's Supersport bike of the year
The Ninja ZX-6R has been singled out by PB as the best Supersport 600 of 2009.
The 134 horsepower machine - which is currently available on 0% APR Typical Finance from franchised Kawasaki dealers in the UK – was praised by the hard riding Performance Bikes staff for, “Single handedly reigniting our interest in 600cc screamers”.
They go on to say that “Kawasaki have always been exponents of powerful yet torquey motors”, and that the ZX-6R makes, “13bhp more midrange”, than its nearest rival.
With additional positive comments about the new for ’09 Showa Big Piston Forks, light weight and supreme agility – as well as the “storming brakes”, its easy to see why the World and British Supersport race winning machine is so popular with PB staff and readers.
